How To Order

ORDERING ONLINE

Ordering online is easy with the website’s built in click and collect facility. Add products to your cart and select the next available collection time in the checkout. Your order will be ready for you when you arrive. See below for collection instructions.


PHONE ORDER

Phone orders are available but we still need to process them through our online portal to adjust stock levels.  We will require your phone number and email address along with your order items. Simply give us a call on 03 310 7788 to place your order


COFFEE ORDERS

You can order coffee outside the click and collect times by clicking on the messenger tab and flicking us your order, please include your email address and cell phone number (required under Level 3 restrictions).  We’ll reply as soon as we pick up the message.  If you have no internet connection please give us a ring 03 310 7788 and we’ll take your order by phone.

How To Collect

Step 1

After order is completed you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This will detail what you are to collect along with your collection details.


Step 2

  • You will arrive at the cafe on the specified date and in the time slot selected
  • Your order will be ready for collection.
  • Please txt that you have arrived and we will txt back to let you know you can pick up your order.
  • If there are hot drinks included in the order we will make the hot drink once the txt is received and text you when you can pick up.

Please remember to adhere to the social distancing guidelines during your pick-up.

Payment

Payment is preferred through the website but we will accept PayWave payments from phone or Messenger orders on collection.

ONLINE

Our online portal utilises Stripe Payment Portal. Your debit or credit card can be used through this facility. This portal processes your order and payment through an SSL PCI compliant secure environment. No user card information is seen or stored by Soda Cafe.


ON COLLECTION

We will accept payment via PayWave for phone and Messenger orders. Coins and notes will NOT be accepted. For larger orders an invoice can be emailed if required for your records as long as payment is made prior to order pick-up.

Process

Level 3 @ Soda Café

WE ALREADY FOLLOW EXCELLENT CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE PRACTICES AND WILL CONTINUE TO IMPLEMENT THEM IN ADDITION TO THE FOLLOWING LEVEL 3 ADDITIONS.

  • Frequent and thorough hand washing and the use of gloves by some staff.
  • Daily communication regarding health and wellbeing of staff.
  • Ongoing sanitation of all surfaces and equipment throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitiser available to all staff.
  • Staff rostered so that social distancing can be observed.
  • Staff working in their assigned zone/role to assist social distancing.
  • Equipment sanitised frequently and only used by individual staff members.
  • All orders on line or by telephone.
  • Customers are not permitted to enter the premises.
  • Orders will be dispatched contactless via a table at the entrance of the café.
  • Customers are asked to observe social distancing rules (2m) if waiting for order.
  • Payment preferred online but Paywave is available at the collection point.
  • Eftpos machine will be frequently sanitised.
  • Customer contact details are required at time of placing order for contact tracing.
  • All deliveries will be received through our side entrance and visitor registry completed.

Please be assured the health of our staff and customers is our number 1 priority.  Staff training has been revised and re-evaluated, our policies regarding COVID-19 will be reviewed regularly and in line with official recommendations and information.
